With over 20 years of experience working on Dan Fabbri’s Number One Sales Team from Century 21 Advance, Loreen’s experience is all encompassing to say the least. The Fabbri Team was a perennial powerhouse in Medford and beyond for well over a decade, literally listing and selling hundreds of homes. Loreen is a Certified Buyer’s Representative as well as a Listing Agent, with experience working with all types of properties including singles, multi’s, condo conversions, foreclosures and even assisting sellers with short sales. “I love being in real estate…many of my clients are satisfied, repeat clients. I love managing the details. I don’t drop the ball once a home is under agreement. I pride myself on hand-holding clients and customers through the process to personally ensure smooth, successful transactions that close on time.
