Steve and his AMAZING team are without a doubt the best in the biz! We listed our condo at the end of March and had a full price offer within the first few weeks! The entire process from listing to closing took exactly two months and I credit the talent and expertise of this top notch team for getting is our full asking price! It was such an enjoyable experience and we felt so supported the entire time. Steve really took the time to understand our needs and wants and was passionate about helping us sell our condo quickly! He stayed true to his work and completely delivered! I cannot reccommend him highly enough!

Steve and his staff sold my home in Everett in under 6 weeks! And it sold for more than I expected. I don't know of any other realtor who could have accomplished that. On top of it all - Steve went the extra mile and researched the area and created some very nice promotional brochures for the open houses which gave potential buyers all the info and vital information on the the town, the area, the schools, the attractions and the history.
